As a Partner, you will drive Avalon’s business development effort by developing existing client relationships and forging new ones. You will inspire your teams to deliver innovative solutions that deliver impact. You will also play a key role in defining the firm’s strategy and direction.


As a VP at Avalon Consulting, you will begin to manage multiple projects and client relationships. Your interaction with your team and clients will go beyond project work, as they look to you for advice, leadership, and guidance. As a VP, you will have a growing role in building the firm’s strategy and have a bigger role to play in organisation development.


As an AVP at Avalon, you will take complete ownership of client and project management for one or two mid to large projects. You will provide intellectual direction and leadership to the team, including mentoring the team-members. In addition to this, you will also support the firm’s business development and organisation development initiatives.


You will be given end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of project modules or you may even lead minor projects independently. You will be actively engaged in project planning and problem solving and will begin to manage junior team members, support in business development and build relationships with clients.


As a Consultant, you will support the broader problem solving effort through important research and analyses for client projects. You will conduct interviews with key market players and industry specialists and analyze the clients’ performance. Your findings and contributions to team discussions will help deliver client results.
