Chennai: Avalon Partner Premchand C. delivered a presentation on “Effective Strategy Execution for SMEs, using the Balanced Scorecard” at a CII SME Workshop on Efficient Resource Management Strategies for Auto Components and Allied Industries.
CII, Chennai chapter organized a workshop on Efficient Resource Management Strategies for Auto Components and Allied Industries focusing on SMEs from Tamil Nadu. The focus of the workshop was to enrich knowledge among the SME’s on how to best utilize their resources to stay competitive in the constantly changing business environment.
Avalon Partner Premchand Chandrasekharan was invited as the guest speaker at this event. He delivered an address on “Using Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to extract maximum value for SMEs”. The objective of the address was to unveil the potential of the BSC and advocate further exploration of BSC for the benefit of SMEs.
